ドライヘッドのマッサージとは何が違いますか？ How is it different from a dry head massage?

当店のヘッドマッサージは、温かなハーブオイルを用いたインド伝統の施術シロダーラによるオイルケアと、頭部をやさしく整えるシロアヴィヤンガ（オイルヘッドトリートメント）を組み合わせた施術です。
乾いた状態で行うドライマッサージとは異なり、オイルの質感や温度、流れ、一定のリズムを大切にしながら、頭皮から頭部全体を包み込むように施術を行います。 Our head massage combines oil care through Shirodhara,a traditional Indian practice using warm herbal oil,with Shiro Abhyanga— an oil-based head treatment that gently nurtures the head. Unlike dry massage performed without oils, the treatment emphasizes the texture, warmth, flow, and steady rhythm of the oil,enveloping the scalp and entire head in a calm and soothing manner.

禁忌は何になりますか？ In what cases should this not be done?

発熱、感染症、急性の体調不良がある方、妊娠中、重度の高血圧、心臓疾患、脳疾患、てんかん、重度の精神疾患のある方。頭部や、首に外傷、炎症、皮膚疾患のある方、重度のアレルギー体質、オイル成分にアレルギーがある方。生理中の方もお控えください。またエクステンションヘアーを付けている方も施術できません。 This should be avoided by those with a fever, contagious disease, acute illness, extremely high blood pressure, heart disease, brain disorders, epilepsy, or severe mental illness, as well as by pregnant women. This should also not be performed on those with injuries, inflammation, or skin diseases on their head or neck and not on those with severe allergies or allergies to oil components. This should be refrained from while menstruating. In addition, this treatment cannot be performed on those wearing hair extensions.

シロアヴィヤンガとはどのような施術ですか？ What kind of treatment is Shiro Abhyanga?

シロアヴィヤンガは、アーユルヴェーダのヘッドマッサージで、オイルを使って頭部、首、肩周りを中心にマッサージをしていきますが、当店では日本式ヘッドマッサージを取り入れたヘッドセラピーを提供しております。 Shiro Abhyanga is an Ayurvedic head massage that uses oil to massage the head, neck, and shoulder area, but we perform a head therapy that also incorporates Japanese-style head massages.

施術の後、髪はベタベタになりますか？ Will this treatment make my hair sticky?

シロダーラ施術ではオイルが髪に付きますが、施術後に美容師免許を持つものが丁寧なクレンジング・シャンプーを行う「シャンプー有り」のコースと、オイル浸透を重視し効能を高めたい方の「シャンプー無し」の2つのコースをご用意しております。 Oil will be applied to your hair in Shirodhara treatment, but we offer 2 courses: a Shampoo Included course in which a licensed hairstylist will thoroughly clean and shampoo your hair after the treatment, and the No Shampoo course for those who want to maximize the effectiveness of the oil by prioritizing its absorption into the scalp.

髪の毛や頭皮に使う製品は安全ですか？ Are the products used safe for my hair and scalp?

はい、当サロンではオーガニックや低刺激の製品を厳選して使用しております。アレルギーや敏感肌の方は事前にお知らせください。 Yes. We use carefully selected organic and hypoallergenic products. If you have allergies or sensitive skin, please let us know in advance.

メイクをしたままでも施術は受けられますか？ Can I receive this treatment with makeup on?

基本的には受けられますが、額やこめかみを触る施術があるため、メイクの一部が崩れる可能性がございます。気になる方は、施術後にメイク直しできるように化粧品をご用意ください Basically, you will be able to receive the treatment. However, parts of your forehead and temples might be touched so there is a possibility your makeup might be disturbed by this.

施術後のヘアーセットはどうしますか？ How do I fix my hair after treatment?

ドライセットができるスペースでご自身でセットしていただきます There is a space provided where you can style it yourself.

何か持ち物は必要ですか？ Do I need to bring anything?

施術後に必要なドライヤーやアメニティ、メイク直し用スペースもご用意しておりますが、ご自身のヘアケア剤やメイクなどの化粧品はご持参ください We provide a hairdryer and other amenities, as well as a space where you can touch up your makeup, but please bring your own cosmetics, such as haircare products and makeup.

医療行為ですか？ Is this a medical procedure?

当サロンの施術は医療行為ではなく、リラクゼーションとウェルネスを目的としております。 Our salon's technique is not a medical procedure but is intended for relaxation and wellness.

施術で好転反応は起こりますか Are there any negative side effects to the treatment?

人によりますが、だるさや頭痛、体温変化などの症状が現れることがあります。これは「好転反応」と呼ばれ、体が健康な状態に向かう過程で起こる一時的な現象です。時間と共に改善いたしますのでご安心ください Depending on the person, side effects may include fatigue, headaches, and changes in body temperature. This is known as a "healing crisis" and is a temporary phenomenon that occurs when the body is transitioning to a healthy state. There is no need to worry as the condition will improve over time.

施術後はどのように過ごすことが良いでしょうか What should I do after the treatment?

デトックスが促されている間、代謝を妨げないよう水分をしっかり補給し、消化に負担をかけずゆっくりお過ごしください While you are detoxifying, drink plenty of water to avoid disrupting your metabolism, and don't exert yourself so you don't put a strain on your digestion.

施術当日に気をつけることはありますか？ Are there any precautions to take on the day of the treatment?

①当日はマスカラ、ビューラーはせずにご来店ください。その他アイメイクはしていただいて構いませんがテーピング等で消えてしまう可能性がありますのでメイク用品はご持参ください。パウダールームがございますのでご利用ください。
②目の周辺に違和感等がある場合は施術者の判断で中止することもございます。事前にご相談ください。
③ハードタイプの場合は必ず外して施術を受けてください。コンタクトケースなどはご持参ください ①Please come to your appointment without mascara or using an eyelash curler on the day of your treatment.Other eye makeup is acceptable; however, it may be removed during taping.Please bring your own makeup products if needed.A powder room is available for your convenience.
②If there is any discomfort, irritation, or abnormal condition around the eye area,the therapist may decide to cancel the treatment for safety reasons.Please consult with us prior to the procedure.
③If you are wearing hard contact lenses, please be sure to remove them before the treatment.Kindly bring your own contact lens case.

施術後に気をつけることはありますか？ Are there any precautions after the treatment?

①マツエク施術後４〜５時間は濡らさないようにお願いいたします。
②マツエク施術後のエステ、サウナ、ジムは乾き切っていないため汗をかいた場合、沁みてしまう可能性がありますのでお控えください。
③クレンジングはオイルフリーのクレンジング剤を使用してくだい。
④ラッシュリフト後はダメージがありますので美容液、コーティング剤を朝晩使用していただくことで持ちが良くなりますのでご使用いただくことをおすすめいたします。 ①Please avoid getting your lashes wet for 4–5 hours after eyelash extension treatments.
②After eyelash extension treatments, please refrain from esthetic treatments, sauna use, or gym workouts until the lashes are completely dry,as perspiration may cause irritation or stinging.
③Please use an oil-free cleanser when removing makeup.
④As lashes may experience some damage after a lash lift, using a lash serum and coating product morning and night will help improve the longevity of the results.We therefore recommend regular use of these products.

施術後のお直し（デザイン変更等）は可能ですか？ Is it possible to have adjustments or design changes after the treatment?

マツエクのお直しは施術後２日以内にご連絡ください。ラッシュリフトにつきましてはダメージによりまつ毛に負担がかかってしまいますので３週間はパーマ剤を使用することが出来ませんのでご了承ください。施術後何かしら違和感が出ましたら、医療機関にすぐご相談ください。 For eyelash extensions, please contact us within 2 days after the treatment if adjustments are required.
For lash lifts, please note that due to potential stress on the natural lashes, perm solutions cannot be used again for 3 weeks.Thank you for your understanding.
If you experience any discomfort or unusual symptoms after the treatment,please consult a medical professional immediately.

マツエク、ラッシュリフトの周期を教えてください。 How often should eyelash extensions or lash lifts be maintained?

マツエクは２〜３週間でのリペアが綺麗な状態を保てるのでおすすめです。まつ毛の周期が人それぞれありますので状態をみて施術をお受けください。ラッシュリフトは1.5ヶ月に一回の頻度がまつ毛へのダメージが少なくおすすめしております。 For eyelash extensions, we recommend repairs every 2–3 weeks to maintain a beautiful appearance.Since lash growth cycles vary from person to person, treatments should be scheduled based on individual condition.
For lash lifts, a frequency of once every 1.5 months is recommended to minimize damage to the natural lashes.
